MIX together cheese, butter and flour in a medium bowl until they are well combined and form a dough. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
BAKE for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and make deep thumbprint in each. Fill thumbprint with hot pepper jelly.
RETURN to oven, check and remove when golden brown.

Agree with Sara. Put all ingredients in a food processor run until it all comes together into a ball. Bake on parchment. Use the end of a silicone spatula for the thumbprint. A dallop of hot pepper jelly after cooled. Over the top good. Be sure to try it.
Really good. I recommend putting Pepper Jelly in at the end, not after 5 minutes.
