SELECT an attractive cheese board or flat platter large enough to hold the various cheeses, meats, fruits and crackers.
WASH, dry and prepare fruits and vegetables.
ARRANGE the cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables and crackers in clusters around the cheese board to make a decorative and colorful display. Use about half of each cheese flavor and replenish the cheese board with extra ingredients as needed.
PLACE the nuts in a small bowl on the board or on the side.
