8 ounces fully cooked chorizo sausage, cut into ¼ - inch-thick rounds
8 ounces Cabot Chipotle Cheddar, cut into ½ - inch cubes
8 ounces Guava paste, cut into thirty-six ¼ - inch pieces
THREAD a piece of chorizo, then cheddar, then guava paste on each skewer.
