What do you get when you combine guacamole and hummus? Why, guacahummus of course! This crazy good dip is healthy and, with less than 10 ingredients, extremely easy to put together, making it a perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer. Guacahummus also makes a wonderful snack or light lunch so, feel free to cut the portions in half if you’re making it for yourself and won’t be feeding a crowd! For approximately 20 servings, simply spread the guacamole in an even layer in a medium glass bowl (a 7-by-11-inch glass baking dish will also work). Then scatter half of the grated Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar (or Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar) and half of the scallions. Next, spread the hummus in an even layer, followed by the remaining cheese and scallions. Finally, sprinkle with diced red peppers and dust with chili powder. Serve with tortilla chips and dig in!

2 (7-ounce) packages Classic or Spicy Wholly Guacamole
8 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups), divided
4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
2 (8-ounce) containers Tribe Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
Mild or hot chili powder
Food Should Taste Good Olive, Jalapeno, Blue Corn or Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
SPREAD guacamole in even layer, in medium glass bowl or 7-by-11-inch glass baking dish.
SCATTER with half of grated cheese and half of scallions.
SPREAD hummus in even layer, followed by remaining cheese and scallions.
SPRINKLE with red peppers and dust with chili powder. Serve with tortilla chips.
