BRUSH lightly 1 large or 2 small skillets with oil and place over medium heat; add tortillas and sprinkle both with cheese.
ARRANGE lobster evenly over one tortilla and top with green onions. When cheese is melted, invert cheese-topped tortilla over lobster-topped tortilla. Transfer to cutting board and cut into 6 wedges.
SERVE topped with spoonful of Tropical Salsa.
