1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar substitute, such as erythritol (recipe was tested with Swerve, granular)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Cabot Plain Lowfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup blackberries
¼ cup pomegranate seeds

COMBINE cream, sugar substitute and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
BEAT with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt.
