2 tablespoons Cabot Butter, softened
8 thick slices of bread
8 ounces Vermont Sharp Cheddar or Seriously Sharp Cheddar, sliced into 24 slices, or 7 ounces Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cuts
2 cups prepared Cabot Kids Mac & Cheese

BUTTER one side of each piece of bread. Turn four of the slices over and top each with 3 slices of the cheese (or 3 Cracker Cut slices), ½ cup of the Mac and Cheese and another layer of the cheese. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
HEAT a large nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium low heat and grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3 – 5 minutes per side.
CUT sandwiches in half and serve with Tabasco if desired.
