Cabot's Greek Yogurt makes a healthy protein-rich treat when blended with fresh fruits for quick and yummy smoothies. We love to use our lowfat Vanilla Bean, because vanilla just seems to make fruit flavors bloom. But you can use Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt for any of these recipes as well (add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar if you like).
½ cup Cabot Vanilla Bean Lowfat Greek Yogurt
½ cup diced fresh mango
¼ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
4 small ice cubes
COMBINE all ingredients in blender.
BLEND until ice has disappeared.
