The Maple Moo Smoothie has become a fan favorite. Its rich maple flavor combines with the dairy goodness of milk and Cabot Greek Yogurt to help you stay satisfied and ready to conquer the day.
1 cup Cabot Plain Lowfat Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup ice
½ cup nonfat milk
1 banana, peeled and broken in half
1 pear, cored and cut into quarters
¼ cup pure maple syrup, preferably Grade A Dark Amber
COMBINE yogurt, ice, milk, banana, pear and maple syrup in blender; puree on high speed for about 45 seconds or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
