To make 12 pinchos, you’ll need about two dozen popped popcorn kernels, 2 ounces of cubed Cabot Sharp Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese (to make 12 pieces), King Arthur Better Cheddar Cheese Powder, high quality local honey, and one dozen toothpicks.
Place the popcorn in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with King Arthur Better Cheddar Cheese Powder. Then, skewer one kernel on a toothpick, followed by a cheddar cube, finishing with another kernel of popcorn. Do this until you have skewered all the popcorn and cheddar cubes onto the toothpicks.
To serve, arrange on a plate and drizzle the honey over each of the pinchos. We highly recommend doubling or tripling this recipe as they go extremely fast!

PLACE the popcorn in a small to medium mixing bowl and sprinkle with cheese powder.
SKEWER carefully one kernel on a toothpick, then skewer a cheddar cube, then another kernel of popcorn. Continue this until all the popcorn and cheddar cubes have been skewered onto the toothpicks.
ARRANGE on a serving plate and drizzle the honey over each of the pinchos.
