To make 12 pinchos, you’ll need about two dozen popped popcorn kernels, 2 ounces of cubed Cabot Sharp Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese (to make 12 pieces), Cabot Cheddar Shake, high quality local honey, and one dozen toothpicks.
Place the popcorn in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with Cabot Cheddar Shake. Then, skewer one kernel on a toothpick, followed by a cheddar cube, finishing with another kernel of popcorn. Do this until you have skewered all the popcorn and cheddar cubes onto the toothpicks.
To serve, arrange on a plate and drizzle the honey over each of the pinchos. We highly recommend doubling or tripling this recipe as they go extremely fast!
