Melt Cabot Salted Butter in a small bowl in the microwave on the HIGH setting for about 30 seconds.
Stir in chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper and spoon evenly over potato slices.
Microwave potato slices on HIGH setting for 8 to 12 minutes or until each potato slice pierces easily with a fork.
