4 slices Cabot Cheese Bread2 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced2 grilled portabello mushrooms, sliced1 cup baby spinach leavesAbout ½ cup Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce, heated
TOP each bread slice with one fourth of chicken, mushrooms and spinach, ending with spinach.
SPOON some of sauce over each and serve.
