1 ripe pear, halved or 2 canned pear halves, blotted dry
1 ounce Cabot Mild Cheddar or Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about ¼ cup)
2 tablespoons dried raisins, currants or cranberries
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
SCOOP out center of pear halves, if using fresh pear, with teaspoon.
MIX together in small bowl, cheese, dried fruit and mayonnaise.
FILL centers of pear halves with mixture.
