1 (15-ounce) can no sodium or low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ½ cups finely diced fresh pineapple
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 cup halved grape tomatoes or quartered cherry tomatoes
½ jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
½ cup defrosted frozen corn kernels
½ cup sliced green onions (about 2)
½ cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 small limes)
¼ teaspoon salt
COMBINE all ingredients, in a medium bowl. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
