These simple flatbread pizzas are a snap to throw together on a busy weeknight for a family friendly meal everyone will love. Serve with a simple green salad or steamed broccoli.
2 medium (4 ounces each) Naan flatbreads, whole-grain if desired
¼ cup purchased pesto or Cheddar Walnut Pesto
4 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
2 thin slices prosciutto, torn or cut into roughly 1-inch pieces

ARRANGE oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
ARRANGE naan on the baking sheet. Spread pesto over the naan, dividing evenly, and leaving a ½-inch margin along the edge.
TOP each naan pizza with Cabot cheddar, dividing evenly. Top each pizza with prosciutto, dividing evenly.
TRANSFER the baking sheet to oven and bake until the cheddar is melted and the crust and prosciutto are crisped, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool 2 to 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
