Cabot's Greek Yogurt makes a healthy protein-rich treat when blended with fresh fruits for quick and yummy smoothies. We love to use our 2% Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt because vanilla just seems to make fruit flavors bloom. But you can use Plain Greek Yogurt for any of these recipes as well (add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar if you like).
½ cup Cabot 2% Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
¼ cup low fat (1%) milk
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
COMBINE all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
