Cabot’s Greek Yogurt makes a healthy protein-rich treat when blended with fresh fruits for quick and yummy smoothies. We love to use our Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt because vanilla just seems to make fruit flavors bloom. But you can use Plain Greek Yogurt for any of these recipes as well (add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar if you like).
½ cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
¼ cup low fat (1%) milk
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
COMBINE all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
