Taste all the dreamy, creamy flavors of a Creamsicle in this amazing Raspberry Creamsicle Smoothie. It's cool and refreshing and fills you up ‘til your next meal.
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
COMBINE in blender raspberries, orange juice, yogurt and syrup; puree on high speed for about 45 seconds or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

If you're looking for a smoothie that's a little sweet but not overly so, this is it! (This would also be spectacular with coconut!)If you're using a Vitamix blender and don't want any discernable raspberry seeds, use variable speed 10 for the duration of the recommended blend time. (tip: extra liquid will keep it from getting too frothy.)
