2 cups pecan halves
2 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil
Salt to taste
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spread pecans out on baking sheet. Add oil and toss to coat.
BAKE pecans for 5 to 7 minutes or until toasted and fragrant (watch carefully toward end). Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt and set aside to cool.
