SPREAD each bread slice with ½ tablespoon of dressing. Top two of the bread slices with cheese, then add remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
PREHEAT skillet over medium heat. Coat pan lightly with cooking spray, then add sandwiches.
COOK until lightly browned on underside, then turn over and continue cooking until browned on second side and cheese is melted.
