1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
1 cup Cabot Sour Cream
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1 (4.25-ounce) jar diced green chilies, drained
3 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about ¾ cup)
3 ounces Cabot Monterey Jack, grated (about ¾ cup)
SPOON beans into bowl and heat in microwave. Spread warm beans over 10-inch serving platter.
COMBINE sour cream and seasoning mix in a small bowl; spread over beans. Scatter tomatoes, chilies and cheeses over the top. Serve with salsa and chips.
