½ cup apple butter spread or fig preserves
2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard (such as Maille)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
8 ounces Cabot Horseradish Cheddar, Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Sharp Lite50 Cheddar, cut into cubes
3 fresh apples, cut into chunks and tossed with lemon juice
STIR together apple butter, mustard and thyme in a small bowl.
SERVE surrounded with cheddar and apples, with toothpicks for spearing.
