Cabot’s Greek Yogurt makes a healthy protein-rich treat when blended with fresh fruits for quick and yummy smoothies. We love to use our Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek, because vanilla just seems to make fruit flavors bloom. But you can use Lowfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt or Plain Greek Yogurt for any of these recipes as well (add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar if you like to the Plain Greek Yogurt).
½ cup Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
¼ cup lowfat (1%) milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
COMBINE all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
