1 (10-inch) round loaf sourdough bread
1 (14-ounce) can artichokes hearts, drained & chopped
4 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 1 cup)
4 ounces Cabot Monterey Jack or Cabot Pepper Jack, grated (about 1 cup)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
SLICE top off bread. Pull out soft inside from bottom of loaf, leaving ½-inch-thick shell.
MIX together remaining ingredients and spoon into bread shell. Set lid on top and place loaf on baking sheet.
BAKE for 1 ½ hours. (Cover top loosely with foil if browning too quickly.) Serve with crackers, toasted bread rounds or vegetables for dipping.
