Cabot's Greek Yogurt makes a healthy protein-rich treat when blended with fresh fruits for quick and yummy smoothies. We love to use our 2% Vanilla Bean, because vanilla just seems to make fruit flavors bloom. But you can use Plain Greek Yogurt for any of these recipes as well (add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of sugar if you like).
½ cup Cabot 2% Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt½ large sweet apple, such as Jonagold or Golden Delicious, peeled and diced (about ½ cup)
¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
2 tablespoons lowfat (1%) milk
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 small ice cubes
COMBINE all ingredients in blender. Blend for about one full minute until cranberries and ice are well pureed.
