16 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, Cabot 1 Year Cheddar, Cabot Farmhouse Reserve Cheddar or Cabot Alpine Cheddar, grated (about 4 cups)
½ cup Cabot Lowfat Greek Yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 (4-ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Amazingly good!!
Extra sharp cheddar block grated with piqillo peppers for pimento. Heated in the microwave and served with blue corn tortilla chips. It is fabulous! The yogurt adds a great tang.
