3 cups King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour, sifted
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon of apple pie spice
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 stick of Cabot Unsalted Butter, room temperature
2 cups Cabot Lowfat Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla paste or extract
2 Fugi apples, cored and sliced in thin slices
Mix in – you will use ½ cup of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
