2 tablespoons milk
¼ cup grated Cabot Garlic Herb Cheddar
Salt, preferably sea or kosher, to taste

Get the ingredients you need at a convenient nearby location.
BEAT together eggs and milk with fork in a microwave-safe cup or bowl. Stir in cheese.
COVER loosely with plastic wrap (to prevent splatter).
MICROWAVE on high power for 40 seconds. Stir to break up clumps.
RE-COVER and microwave for 30 seconds longer, then stir again. If not fully set, microwave for 15-second intervals, being careful not to overcook.
SEASON with salt and pepper.
