Cabot Creamery Cooperative
Cabot Creamery Cooperative is a 1,200+ farm family dairy cooperative with members in New England and upstate NY producing all natural, award-winning cheeses, including the "World's Best Cheddar", as well as a tasty variety of flavored cheddars and Greek-style yogurt. Come visit Cabot in the Green Mountain State and see the "cheese making tour" at our Cabot location or visit our stores in Waterbury & Quechee. If you're in Portland, ME please stop by our Farmers' Annex located in the Old Port shopping district.
Agri-Mark - Family Dairy Farms
Agri-Mark's rich tradition as a cooperative dates back to 1916 with the formation of its predecessor, the New England Milk Producers Association. The cooperative flourished during the twentieth century and in 1980 became Agri-Mark. Years later Agri-Mark merged with Cabot Creamery Cooperative and McCadam Cheese.
Agri-Mark - Whey & Dairy Proteins
Agri-Mark Whey Protein Concentrate and Dairy Product Solids are manufactured at the cooperative's cheese manufacturing plant located in Middlebury, Vermont and sold worldwide.
McCadam Cheese Company, Inc.
Established in 1876 in the small community of Heuvelton, New York. His cheese making expertise was recognized nationally by winning the first medal at the Chicago Exposition in 1894. In 1934, during the "Great Depression", McCadam reorganized and expanded its cheese manufacturing to a facility in Chateaugay, New York, which is our primary cheese manufacturing facility today.
