3 tablespoons honey mustard
8 ounces Cabot Sharp Cheddar, Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, Cabot Pepper Jack or Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)*
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
½ pound sliced ham or smoked turkey breast

PLACE bread cut-side-up on baking sheet and broil until toasted.
REMOVE from broiler. Spread each half with honey mustard and sprinkle each half with cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted.
ARRANGE tomatoes and ham or turkey breast over one bread half and press remaining half on top. Cut crosswise into four pieces.
