The good news is there are plenty of cool and refreshing breakfast options that you can work into your summer breakfast rotation. They’ll help you start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast that won’t leave you sweating!

Blend it up. Smoothies are an ideal summer breakfast. They’re cool and refreshing and it’s super easy to pack them with protein and healthy fats for a tasty drink without a lot of added sugar. Try this Blueberry Cheesecake version!
